{3rd level Workshop} This workshop covers basic techniques for improving communication between your sales staff and their prospects or customers, based on differences in personality and communication styles. Informed from our experience working in video and film, we use a simple metaphor taken from the film set, to explain these differences in communication style between the different roles of screenwriter, director, producer, and actor. The result is a common sense approach that employees easily recognize and can just as easily implement into their own communications with prospects and existing customers, to improve conversion rates and close more deals.
