Our courses were developed by our founder, Bruce May, based on his years of work in marketing and digital media. From a senior executive working in broadband media, to his work consulting and teaching marketing best practices, his work co-authoring Building a Performance Improvement System with his business partner Richard Laramy, and his experience as an author, speaker, corporate trainer, and producer in film and media, Bruce brings his knowledge and insights from a broad range of business experience to all his workshops and consulting services.
Bruce has worked as a senior executive in broadband technology, engaging in business development and strategic planning; he has worked as a consultant and business educator, working with clients on every aspect of the customer journey; and he continues to work on the creative side, writing books and contributing to content marketing campaigns with multiple clients. His primary focus now is consulting and customizing training programs for his clients.
